Please note, we require a separate booking request for each tent. There is a 3 night minimum stay over Bank holidays. Unfortunately we do not accommodate groups of over 5 adults. There is a 5 night minimum stay for Touring Caravans.

Please note that access to one of the camping grounds is via a card-operated barrier. A £10.00 returnable deposit is required for the card (deposit payable in cash upon arrival).

No refunds will be given for bad weather or early departure (without a doctors certificate).

To secure your booking we require a 25% deposit (rounded to the nearest pound). We accept debit card payments and may phone you to take payment, if we have availability (feel free to telephone us with a debit card to hand, after we have received the completed form below), we will email if we can not accommodate you.

Booking Conditions & Site rules

 

  • Separate bookings, that on arriving, join with others to form a group of more than 5 adults, will be asked to leave.
  • The person responsible for the booking must register at the reception on arrival. (If the staff aren’t present, please use the intercom on the reception wall).
  • No noise after 11pm.
  • Anyone arriving after 8pm, kindly arrange with us beforehand.
  • All visitors are required to observe reasonable noise levels at all times.  Disrespecting the peace of other guests or bad language will not be tolerated.
  • No open fires. Disposable and reusable barbeques must be raised above the ground and extinguished at 11pm.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and fouling must be cleared up immediately.
  • Customers are to segregate their refuse for recycling, or kindly take your refuse home.
  • Please do not climb fences, walls or gates.
  • Vehicles must not exceed 10mph.
  • The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry, or eject from the site at any time, any person(s) causing a nuisance, disturbance, and/or breach of site conditions. No refunds will be made.
  • No refunds will be given for bad weather or early departure. (Refunds given only on production of a doctor’s certificate.)
